Affiliate Program

Welcome to the Hazina Investments L.L.C ("Hazina," "we," "our," or "us") Affiliate Program. This document outlines the rules, commission structure, and obligations that govern your participation as an affiliate partner. All revenue distribution is calculated and deployed directly by Hazina's internal team. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Eligibility

The Hazina Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Must have a valid and active Hazina Investments account.
  • Must agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence.
  • Must not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.

Hazina reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Hazina operates a straightforward affiliate commission model. All revenue distribution is managed internally by Hazina's team.

Every affiliate earns a flat 1% commission on all referral investments. This commission is calculated on the principal amount deposited by the referred client and is paid for each deposit made by the referral. The commission applies uniformly to all affiliates, regardless of volume or tier.

3. Product Rules

To ensure the stability of the fund, it is mandatory that all affiliate members clearly communicate the following key investment terms to prospects, consistent with Hazina's official Investment Terms. Misrepresentation of these terms will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your affiliate status.

  • Minimum Duration: The minimum term for any deposit is 12 months. Clients must understand that their Principal is committed for the full period and that Hazina does not offer routine partial or early withdrawals during that time.
  • Monthly return crediting: For accounts in good standing through the commitment period, Hazina credits the agreed monthly return on a consistent schedule, as described in the Investment Terms. Affiliates must not promise outcomes beyond what those Terms state.

4. Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate partner, you agree to the following obligations:

  • You must accurately represent all Hazina investment products, returns, and terms to prospects at all times.
  • You must communicate the product rules outlined in Section 3 to every referred prospect before they make any investment decision.
  • You shall not make any guarantees, promises, or representations about returns or investment outcomes that are not explicitly stated in these terms or Hazina's official Investment Terms.
  • You must comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You shall not engage in spam, unsolicited communications, or any form of deceptive marketing to recruit prospects.

5. Data Management & Revenue Distribution

Hazina retains full control of all data management and revenue distribution. All commission calculations, tracking of referrals, and payment processing are handled exclusively by Hazina's internal team. Affiliates do not have access to client financial data beyond what is necessary to track their own referral performance through the Hazina dashboard.

Commission payments are processed and distributed by Hazina directly. The timing and method of payment will be communicated to each affiliate upon enrollment in the program.

6. Termination

Hazina reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Misrepresentation or inaccurate communication of product terms to prospects.
  • Engagement in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal marketing activities.
  • Violation of any of the obligations outlined in Section 4.
  • Any conduct that, in Hazina's sole discretion, is deemed harmful to the reputation or operations of the fund.

Upon termination, the affiliate forfeits all future recurring commissions. Any earned but unpaid commissions at the time of termination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Amendments

Hazina reserves the right to amend, modify, or update the terms of the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will become effective upon publication on this page. It is the affiliate's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
